Free WiFi

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great View

We enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated condo. Nicely updated with a great view of the bay. We loved watching the boats travel back and forth. Would definitely stay here again.

AWESOME LOCATION

Fantastic location, great bay views. Perfect sized 2 bed/2 bath Under garage parking very tight for large vehicles. Unit needs some minor maintenance in baths. Very comfortable unit and would recommend

Home Away From Home

The property and location were amazing! The only complaint that we had was the property was not quite as clean as we would have liked. There was dog hair all over the living room furniture and even on the bedsheets. The communication was great. Check in was flawless and the condo was super adorable with all of the beach decorations. It was also the perfect size for our family. It was a little home away from home for a few days!!

Assateague house

We love staying at Assateague house and have never had any problems beside the hiccup at the beginning of our stay. We will definitely be booking this condo again for next summer.
