It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Our family had an amazing time! The property was in a great complex. The pool was fantastic. The views of the canal were awesome! Walking distance to Northside Park & lots of great restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this rental to friends and family.

Awesome place and great location.

Enjoyed our stay, the unit was very clean and furnished nicely. Kitchen was well equipped with everything, including a Brita water carafe. Would definitely stay here again.

Annual OCMD Vacation

This place was wonderful - spacious, clean, with great views from the front and back decks. Right next to Northside Park, where we love to run in the morning. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The condo was very nice and clean. There are a lot of steps to the 3rd floor. My only suggestion would be to add some curtains to the bedrooms, the outdoor hall lights were bright for my small children. And a shorter combo code for the door. The back porch views were great and the location was perfect. The Sunday night fireworks were RIGHT THERE and a huge hit for our kids.

Lovely Condo on the Bay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great deck overlooking the bay, very clean, 15 min walk from the beach. Short walk to 3 ice cream parlors, mini golf, and a pizza place. Thank you for letting us vacation at your beautiful beach condo!
