Great location! Pet friendly. Very spacious. Furnishings were outdated and one of the lamps was broken and zip tied. Tv in the one spare room was a terrible picture as it was static. Carpet was ripped in several spots.

Disappointed vacationer

I was very disappointed with the condo, front door had no screen & no spring, so it slammed every time, washer sounded so loud like a plane was landing, countertop was loose, shower was leaking the whole time and there were ants in the bathroom floor, air conditioner didn’t work till I called then it was replaced. There was mold in the closets and on the fixtures, and there was rust on fridge. Thank On top of all that the down stairs Neighbor’s came and complained about the noise and my poor dog got out, had to have people help me get him back !!! Very disappointed!!!

Very poor condition. Mold and mildew problems

As we walked in the first time the smell of mold and mildew was overwhelming. There was mold inside the A/C units and bathroom. The bathroom sink in the master bathroom was leaking underneath inside the sink cabinet. Spot cleaned some of the mold in this bathroom. There was six air fresheners throughout the unit to cover up the smell. To the credit of Holiday Reality they did their best to fix the problems. They had the carpets cleaned and A/C units serviced. In addition to the mold issue the dishes where dirty, an outlet in the master bedroom had a broken cover. I will not be returning and anyone considering should use this unit use caution. As for Holiday reality thank you for your help.

Great location. Replace carpet and clean air filters

Great place and location. Replace the carpet with laminate flooring and that will get rid of the cat pee smell. Not a huge deal since I have cats. Clean or replace the air filters in the air conditioners. Air quality is important. Other than that - no worries

Great area and nice and close to the beach.

Just want to say that this was a perfect location for us. It is a pet friendly apartment and is nice and clean. We especially liked the large balcony. Also it is nice and close to the beach. We will most likely stay here again.

Unkempt and dated, very disappointed!

Closet doors broke and hanging off, furniture and carpet stained. All the dresser drawers were broken and headboard were detached from beds. Graffiti written inside drawers and on headboard. They must have rented to students during senior week. Everything was old and barely worked. Would not recommend this place.

The condo needs some work. It wouldn’t take that much to fix it up.

When we arrived there were some issues with the property-no knobs on the dresser, carpet dirty, fridge didn’t close the whole way, back bedroom door broke, blinds and lampshades broken, tv in the bedroom broken and smelled like mildew to name a few. However we called and some of the issued were fixed the next day which was great service. I think if the owner would put a little money into fixing up the place it would look nice. The kitchen has brand new cabinets and the front porch is huge and has a pretty nice view. Overall it was a good time but not sure we will rent again which sucks because it’s one of the only dog friendly units in that area.

Just ok

Loved the 3 br, 2 bath, but beds entirely too uncomfortable. Some outlets didnt work. One br had a lamp, but no where to plug it in. Theres like 4 remotes to each tv which was very confusing. The biggest and most annoying problem was the ANTS! We couldn't leave anything on the counters.

Family vacation to OC MD

I will start by saying that we did not contact the owner or realtor agency during our stay as we were not in the unit much. It looks like the owner is starting to upgrade but it needs more work and the cleaning group needs to do a better job. Carpeting in the bedrooms and living room area need a good cleaning or replaced as they had several stains. The master bath shower stall looked to have mold growing on the bottom 12 inches. The other bath was ok. The dishwasher needs replaced as both racks were rusting. There was one big cooking pot and two smaller ones and a skillet that was no longer a non-stick skillet. They could upgrade the cooking supplies as this unit had the fewest supplies in any unit that we have stayed in. I'm not sure about the dressers in the two other bedrooms but the one in the master bedroom needs new knobs on the drawers as several of the knobs were inside the drawers when we arrived because the screw no longer held them on the face of the drawer. Since we stayed near the beginning of the summer season, I would have expected the unit to be in better shape. Even with these problems, we loved the location since it was so close to the beach. The porch area was huge and allowed us to store all of our beach gear as well as sit outside and not be cramped. This is also one of the few places that we have found to be pet friendly.

Nice location close to beach with private parking

Overall this was a nice condo for my family. Slightly dated finishes, but not a real concern for a vacation. Only complaint was having to deal with ants that were drawn in by food bits under the stove which hadn't been cleaned in some time. Shouldn't have to run to hardware store and buy extermination supplies on vacation, so hopefully the owners will address this problem. I would definitely stay here again if I knew the ant problem was addressed.
