This 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit is located on the bay side of an oceanfront building, offering stunning bay views and breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony each evening. The building features a heated outdoor pool, making it a great choice even during cooler weather. Inside, the condo is well-appointed with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinets, new carpets, and newly remodeled bathrooms. For entertainment and convenience, the unit includes three Smart TVs, free WiFi, cable with a family/entertainment package, and Netflix with guest login, as well as a washer and dryer. Maximum occupancy is six guests, and the condo includes one assigned parking space. Please note: the building requires a $50 registration fee upon arrival for parking and amenity access. This is a non-smoking property, with smoking prohibited in the unit, on the balcony, and throughout the building and common areas.
