Come spend your vacation days here! This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath getaway has been recently renovated with many upgrades from the beautiful kitchen to modern baths this is a wonderful vacation spot to kick back and relax! Upon entering this 3rd floor condo you will be welcomed into an open floor plan with large living dining and kitchen area. The simple and sleek living area offers seating for 6 with queen and twin sleep sofas large wall mounted TV and access to your private balcony with ocean views. Off of the living area is a high-top table seating for 4 guests. The dining area open up to a beautifully renovated and well-appointed kitchen perfect for dining in during your stay! You will also find 2 spacious bedrooms each with ocean views. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers guests 2 twin beds and 2 twin rollaway beds and plenty of closet space.

The Quay is a highly desirable oceanfront building located on 107th Street offers indoor & outdoor heated pools ping pong room arcade room saunas in both public restrooms on the second floor and a deli for breakfast and lunch open seasonally!

*There is a required $100 Quay Amenity Fee due upon arrival, payable by credit card at security. This fee includes one parking pass. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Overall fun stay

Room was spacious - Needed to be a little more clean - Building staff was great - additional parking requests were an issue - you are only allowed one spot per unit even though there were spots open every day and we were originally told that additional spots would be given out based on total count.

We enjoyed our stay here for the weekend, it was very nice place and a good size for us. The parking situation was a little strange when we checked in. We did not realize that we would have to pay for extra cars. Also some of the amenities on the property were out of order or unable to be used such as the indoor pool at some of the game.

Place needs good cleaning. Rollaway beds horrible. Very few pots and pans.

Won't rent this property again. Really needs a good cleaning. Sofa and chairs need replaced. For the price you pay I would expect it to be better. Front desk and life guards were great. Great life guard.
