  • Welcome to our newly renovated family condo in Club Ocean Villas II on 120th Street in Ocean City, Maryland. This affordable first floor end unit has all of the conveniences of home. Enjoy over 800 sq. ft. of living space with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, in-house dryer/washer, private patio, 2 parking spaces, 2 pools (indoor/outdoor), sauna, and tennis courts. Our beautiful condo is conveniently located bay side, one block from the sand and surf with easy access to shopping and dining. ***Note: No linens are provided.***
