One bedroom direct oceanfront condo in the popular Sandpiper Dunes building in Ocean City, Maryland. This condo offers one bedroom, one full-bathroom, one half-bathroom and a large, open living area. The living area features the living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast counter. There is a private balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful views. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, television and an ensuite half-bathroom. The full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. Building amenities include an outdoor pool, onsite parking, elevators, outside shower and easy beach access. Restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, amusements and more are all a short walk away. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. License #87365

Clean beautiful great ocean view

Of all the places I have stayed in OC, this condo was by far the cleanest! And, the view is absolutely amazing! So convenient with our littles to be able to walk to the beach with a few steps. We will definitely be booking here again next year! We had a great time!

Love this area. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have booked this complex. I loved the comfy couches, porch furniture, and the bed. Honestly those things are probably my most important things to me! So good job with that. I will have to say, some updates are needed. The kitchen cabinets are in desperate need, they even appeared dirty. And the bathroom fan, my gosh. We didn't even turn it on, it looks and sounded like it was going to come crashing down from the ceiling it was so loud and vibrating.

Sandpiper Dunes

The condo was nice. The location is excellent. I owned a condo in the building for 20 years. I Love Sandpiper Dunes. I found it hard to communicate with the verbo app.
