One Bedroom Oceanfront Condo w/ Easy Beach Access

One bedroom direct oceanfront condo in North Ocean City with direct beach access. This condo offers one bedroom, one full-bathroom, one half-bathroom and an open living area. The living area features the living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a private patio off of the living area that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the tranquil setting. The patio has a gate that provides easy direct beach access from the condo. The bedroom features two queen-sized beds, television and an ensuite half-bathroom. The full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. Building amenities include onsite parking, elevator, outside shower and easy beach access. Restaurants, shopping, amusements and more are all nearby. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. Had a wonderful time. Perfect view of the ocean. quiet and away from the hussle and bussle of the boardwalk. There was some beach chairs and there was laundry soap and dishwasher soap and extra hygiene products in the bathroom.

It was a great place to stay…clean, easy access, beautiful ocean view with the beach a few steps away. Only thing I would recommend for the condo, is a curtain on the sliding glass door (patio).
