One Bedroom Condo on 22rd St Bayside With a Pool

Charming, one bedroom Bay side condo on 33rd Street. Conveniently located near the Bay and the Beach. A short walk to the Ocean. Close to Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park and many great restaurants and bars. Near the OC Convention Center, Seacrets, Coconuts Beach Cafe and many other fun attractions.
Perfect for a small family or adult couples who want to stay affordably and comfortably with the amenities of home. Fully equipped kitchen, King sized bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Dining room has a table and 4 bar stools. The bath room has a shower only.
Private balcony for morning coffee (K-cup or drip pot available) and evening cocktails, or work (if you need to). 2 chairs for dining outside.
Perfect for a family of up to 4, or 2 adult couples. 2nd floor walkup.
Tv is streaming only. Parking is for 1 car.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. Full sized washer and dryer are in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping at condo - two designated areas in parking lot for smoking . No pets permitted.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Picked for Location

Property was in a great spot for location but the outside of the building was very rough looking. Pool couldn't be used as it was unmaintained & green. Inside of condo was as described and looked just like the pictures but had a very strong smell of cig. smoke and the ac was broke the entire stay.
