Sunrise East is located on 75th Street, on the oceanfront. You are located near many great restaurants, whether you're looking for a quick bite or some great seafood. Take a walk or quick drive to Coach's Corner Diner for breakfast, Big Pecker's Bar & Grill for lunch (famous for their outdoor swinging dining tables & refreshing mist on those hot summer afternoons), and BJ's on the Water to watch the sunset while enjoying your dinner. Sunrise East 105 is a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo on the 1st floor (up one flight of stairs; the “ground level” is under-building parking). There is a full kitchen, wall unit air conditioning, 2 TV’s, fireplace, and free WiFi. No elevator. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was very nice and would definitely stay again. The one issue is that check in time is 3-5pm. We were not able to get into our room until 4:50 and were told by the cleaning crew that someone in the office forgot to have the place cleaned. This is unacceptable

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was clean, great view, and right on the beach. The downsides were that the shower head needs to be replaced in the bathroom( water sprays everywhere). The sofa bed is inflatable with an electric pump which we thought was great at first but it deflates throughout the night and is not comfortable, making it not really an extra bed. So I would say this unit is only comfortable for two unless they replace the blow up air mattress on the sofa.The location is convenient and decor is nice.

Condo great, management awful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We lost air conditioning on a 90+ degree day and made calls and got NO response. Had small grandkids with us and we spent a terrible night and had to pack up and leave early. No response from C21 after several calls and emails. Will not use this company again. Been going to OC for over 45 years and never had such issues. Beware!
