Located towards the North end of the Boardwalk, this small 6-unit building offers the perfect spot for your vacation. Offering incredible views of the beach and famous OC Boardwalk, you will never want to leave. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck while you watch the sunrise. Away from the hustle and bustle of the South end of the Boardwalk, but still within walking distance to dining, amusements and entertainment. If you want to be on the Boardwalk, but away from the noisier, more congested section, this is the place for you!

Amazing location

Stayed over the weekend for a music festival, this is close to the end of the OC MD Boardwalk, it's quiet and relaxing. I would most definitely stay here again!

Beach Paradise

The location of the unit was perfect. Being right on the boardwalk, we never moved our car for the entire week! The view of the beach was spectacular. It was a great value for the price and would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

Away from the bustling side of boardwalk for some peace and quite with excellent veiws of beach but close enough to enjoy it all. Clean,well decorated and very inviting.

Short week at the beach in OCMD--perfect place to stay

I have been coming to OCMD for almost 30 years with my husband's family, who have been coming every summer for almost 50 years. It's a family tradition to all stay near the end of the boardwalk with our families and see one another. We have been staying for some years on 24th street, but that lovely owner stopped renting this year and we learned pretty late that we needed to find another place to stay. It was so lucky that this 'cozy condo' was available! The location was perfect.The place had plenty of room for the family, and even the adorable little kitchen worked well for us. The place was clean, well maintained, and a really nice place to relax for a five day stop before getting back to our busy lives.

Great family stay

We had a great time here. You are literally steps away from the boardwalk, but being at the north end there was no issue with noise. As early risers, our favorite part was sitting on the covered porch watching the sunrise then walking to one of the nearby coffee shops.
