  • Beautiful unit in a newer oceanblock building located in mid-town Ocean City! This 3 bedroom 2 bath unit offers many upgrades with fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, digital cable television with VCR/DVD, a fireplace and a spacious furnished balcony. Building also offers outdoor pool and 2 assigned parking spaces under the building. Wi-Fi access in unit. Bedding consists of a king in master bedroom, 2 twins in 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in 3rd bedroom and a double sleep sofa in living room. Unit requires a $250.00 security deposit. New sliding doors has made the unit 98% soundproof. New balcony furniture. Must provide your own linens, soap and paper products.
