Direct Oceanfront 3 bedroom condo perfect for family and friends with pools

3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths. Sleeps 10 but could be up to 12. Spacious open concept living room, dining room, updated kitchen. Cozy balcony overlooking the Ocean.

Oceanfront views from the master bedroom and living area. The other two bedrooms have both ocean and bay views.

There is a full sized washer and dryer in a laundry closet.

Master bedroom has a king size bed.
Bedroom #2 has queen bed, and
Bedroom #3 has 2 pyramid bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on the top) - easily sleeps 4 but could sleep 6
Living room has a queen Sofa bed as an option but sheets are not included for this. If you plan to use, please bring your own sheets for the sleeper sofa.

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils.
There is a drip coffee maker.

Starting 4/1/2026 Linens are now included:

A set of sets are provided for each bed and beds are made - The only exception is the sleeper sofa in the living room. Please bring your own queen sheets if needed.
A towel set for each sleeping guest - 10 sets
Bathmats in each bathroom
Makeup towels
Kitchen towels

There are plenty of pillows and blankets available in the closets

Parking:
Prime season Parking (April to October) - One parking spot is guaranteed. Additional can be purchased on a first come first served basis and managed by the building upon your arrival. The cost for the additional spot is $15 per day or $100 for the week. THIS ADDITIONAL SPOT IS NOT GUARANTEED. As a backup, there is free street parking directly across the street on Old Landing Rd. The walk is 1 to 1.5 blocks and parking has never been an issue when needed. Follow street signs to determine legal parking spots.

Off Season Parking (November thru March) - Free Unlimited parking

Indoor Pool is open year unless there is an unplanned maintenance issue. The pool cannnot be guaranteed but I will notify you immediately of any closings and allow you to cancel with full refund if desired.

Outdoor Pool is open in May and closes in September (extends into October sometimes). If this is critical to your booking, please contact me directly for exact dates.

Access to the common game room on the 2nd floor, the saunas in the bathrooms on the 2nd floor and the outdoor tennis court/pickleball court is included.

The building also has 24hr security and can help answer questions you may have.
