Located at Assateague House, this bright 888 sq ft condo puts you close to the best of downtown OC with a bay view, private balcony, seasonal outdoor pool, elevator access, and a walkable location near the beach, boardwalk, inlet, rides, restaurants, festivals, and special events.
This is the perfect spot if you want to park once and enjoy Ocean City on foot.
Walk about 1,000 feet to the inlet beach and boardwalk, where you can spend the day on the sand, stroll to the pier, visit Trimper Rides, explore Jolly Roger at the Pier, grab food nearby, or enjoy downtown events like Springfest, Sunfest, Oceans Calling, Bike Week, air shows, car events, and other inlet-area activities.
Inside, the condo feels clean, modern, and comfortable. The living area is a great place to unwind after a beach day or event, with a comfortable couch, smart TV, WiFi, and access to the balcony. Parking
Parking is a major advantage in downtown Ocean City. Guests receive two parking passes. One space is assigned and guaranteed, and the second space is shared on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes must be displayed in vehicles at all times.

Important House Rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No pets, no smoking anywhere on the property including the balcony, and no parties or events. Ocean City noise rules are strictly enforced, including quiet hours from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM.

Welcome! We’re excited to host you. Please review and respect the following house rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.
1. Minimum Age Requirement
The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must remain on the property for the duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
2. Maximum Occupancy
The home may not exceed the maximum number of guests listed in the reservation at any time. Unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
3. No Parties or Events
Parties, events, large gatherings, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. This is a residential building with neighbors. Excessive noise may result in:
• Immediate cancellation of the reservation
• Removal from the property without refund
• HOA fines passed on to the guest
4. Quiet Hours
Ocean City enforces a strict noise ordinance prohibiting disruptive noise between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Noise must not be audible from 50 feet away from the building.
Please be respectful of neighbors at all times, especially in hallways, balconies, and parking areas.
5. No Smoking
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on balconies. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $300 odor remediation fee.
6. Pets
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal and additional cleaning fees.
7. Parking
Your reservation includes one guaranteed, reserved parking space. A second shared space may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. This space is not guaranteed and cannot be held. If the shared space is unavailable, additional options include:
• The free Park & Ride lot across the Route 50 bridge (approximately 1 mile away)
• Public street parking where permitted by local regulations
Parking passes must be clearly displayed in your vehicle at all times while parked on the property. Vehicles without a visible pass may be towed at the guest’s expense. Please park only in authorized areas. Vehicles parked in unauthorized spaces may also be towed in accordance with condo association rules.
8. Balconies & Safety
Do not:
• Throw objects from balconies
• Hang towels or clothing over balcony rails
• Feed seagulls or wildlife
Guests assume responsibility for balcony safety, especially with children.
9. Damages
Guests are responsible for:
• Any damage beyond normal wear and tear
