Nicely Updated Two Bedroom Midtown Oceanside Condo

Nicely renovated two bedroom oceanside condo in popular midtown Ocean City, Maryland. The open living area features the living room with sleep-sofa, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a large balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom features a bunk-bed with two fulls. The full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. This condo has been nicely updated and is in good condition. Building location is steps from the beach and a short walk to the Ocean City Convention Center, restaurants, shopping, amusements, water sports and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. Please note that this is the 3rd floor unit.

Nice location. Very deceiving listing.

This property was not what I expected. The bathroom shower was falling apart. No hairdryer. No fan in the bathroom. Very dusty behind the bunk beds. The paint was coming off the ceiling in the bedroom. The stairs to get in need to be refurbished as well. I was very disappointed, as I thought it was in much better condition. The location was great.

For the price of the rental it's on point! Great communication with management, start to finish. It is a 3 floor walk up. New kitchen, but no dishwasher, no washer and dryer and no ice maker. It was clean except when we looked behind the sofa for our dogs' ball, it was dirty. 2 great bedrooms, but no tv's. 1 bathroom with a great shower head! Nice porch for your pooch! I would definitely go back with some minor tweeks. Great location!
