Come stay in this spacious and well maintained three-bedroom two bath condo located on the second floor. Enjoy a
limited view of the beach when sitting on the front deck. Building has only 4 units for a quieter and more intimate
getaway. There is one parking space available with other, non-metered, spaces on 71 st Street.
Enjoy a 65 inch flat screen smart TV and free wifi.

Property was close to beach. Close to restaurants. Property was not cleaned very well. Food under couch and hair on floor in bathrooms. If it was cleaned better it would have 5 stars.

Perfect Location!

We booked this condo for Memorial Day Weekend and were blown away by how nice the condo was as well as how close we were to the beach! It was a great weekend and would definitely stay here again!
