    Discover a serene escape in this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, where comfort meets convenience in vibrant Midtown. Whether you're sipping coffee on the ocean-view balcony at sunrise or unwinding with cocktails at sunset, your moments here will be unforgettable. Dive into a family-friendly adventure with nearby restaurants and attractions right at your doorstep.

    Our 3rd floor covered balcony is the perfect place to watch the ocean. While I have not seen any mermaids, I do spot dolphins regularly. From this vantage point you can enjoy spectacular sunrises, and the corner location allows for ocean breezes on most days making the balcony comfortable even in the sweltering summer heat.
