This place is amazing! Love how easy it is to enter. The yard and deck are so cute and perfect for enjoying the outdoors comfortably. Proximity to everything was superb! Leslie thinks of everything, including a clear backpack to borrow for festivals! Beds we're comfy, rooms were spacious and the oversizedtub is glorious! Absolutely loved our stay. 1010 would recommend.

Great family vacation!

Cute and Comfortable

This property was just as described and pictured. It is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the decor is beachy and cute. The hostess is amazing. She has provided everything to help make her guests feel welcomed and comfortable. She stays in communication with her guests and is very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property. Beach getaway

Check in was super easy. The condo was beautifully decorated with a beach theme. It was also well stocked with whatever you would need in the kitchen and in the beach shed! I was very welcoming and inviting. We had a wonderful time playing family games and eating dinner on the deck. It was a quick walk to the beach and back each day. Everything was very well thought out.

Perfect Spaces Amenities and Location

This place is super clean and that made us want to keep it clean. It has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation and it’s got some good food In walking distance. My family enjoyed spending time in both of the available pools and in the outdoor courtyard. We stayed for 7 nights and felt very comfortable in the family friendly environment of the community. The internet is reliable and faster than our home service. The televisions are user friendly and top notch picture quality. We really liked staying here in 2023 and hopefully we will get to return in the future.

Our stay was wonderful! Leslie had everything we could need just as she described. She even had an emergency phone drying kit and and extra chargers. I had a slight issue when we got there. Forgot to print the email with the check in details and couldn’t get in.Leslie called me back immediately and got us in. We will for sure stay here again!! Can’t think of anything negative to say. It was extremely clean and in a perfect location. Could walk pretty much everywhere.

Absolutely an A+ Experience

I rented this condo for my cousin (age 46) and his 2 teenage daughters (15 & 14 years old) to stay in. I own a home in this same community, but it’s too small to add 3 more people to, so I rented this condo to house my cousin and his 2 daughters. The condo was exactly as advertised. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and happy to discover the condo was in such fantastic shape! It was neat, tidy, clean, and organized when we arrived. The property owner, Leslie, could not have been better. She was so nice, kind, accommodating, and easy to work with. Here’s an example - I was eager to get down to the beach early (to avoid traffic). I knew our check in time wasn’t until 4 PM. She got the condo cleaned earlier for us and we were able to get in to the condo 5 hours early, at 11 AM! How amazingly kind is that? She absolutely did not need to grant us permission to enter early, but she did. She’s awesome like that! Our experience with the home we rented + the service we were given by the homeowner was truly a 10/10 exceptionally positive experience! Thank you Leslie, for everything! Family memories were made and my heart is so full!

Great stay at the beach

It was decent walk to the beach but with a couple of carts we could make the trip just fine. It was also really close to the food lion and was comfy to start in when the weather turned sour.

Spacious place great for families

The two bedroom/bathroom design along with spacious living room and kitchen was perfect for our family of five. It doesn't have a "view" but it's perfect for a family to enjoy OCMD!

Perfect for families

The condo is exactly as described and 10/10 for cleanliness. Everything a family needs is provided, even beach and pool toys. Lots of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. We loved the space and would stay again!
