You need only head downstairs and walk out the door to be on the Ocean City Boardwalk at Polynesian 309, an oceanfront condo in the very heart of town.



As you enter, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, free WiFi, and fantastic views from both the oceanfront living room and balcony. You can prepare breakfast in the fully appointed kitchen each morning, bring your plates outside to the bistro table on the balcony, and sip your coffee in a rocking chair overlooking the beach.



The Polynesian is an oceanfront building located right on the boardwalk between 3rd and 4th Streets. In the surrounding blocks, you'll find all sorts of dining, shopping, and entertainment, from Ripley's Believe It or Not! to Trimpers Rides of Ocean City.

No smoking and no pets allowed.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
