LIVING ROOM features 65” smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player, 2 large recliner chairs, 2 cozy swivel chairs, and a queen sleeping sofa. MASTER BR features 50” smart TV, a King bed and a spacious grand master bathroom equipped with jacuzzi, two-sink granite vanity, and luxury shower. QUEEN BR features 50” smart TV, a Queen bed, and a large shower-tub bath. CHILDEREN BR features 32” smart TV, a full and twin beds. A HALLWAY full bath and a LAUNDRY room equipped with full washer and dryer. The GOURMET KITCHEN offers stainless-steel appliances including a digital wine cooler, a well-designed entertainment island surrounded with plenty of comfortable seating, and fully equipped for family cooking (stainless-steel cookware, baking sheets, utensils, Keurig and regular coffee makers, Ninja Blender, toaster, electric kettle, etc.)

Gateway Grand offers an elegant resort lifestyle with soaring ceilings, an oceanfront outdoor pool, a beautiful heated indoor pool, a large state-of-the-art fitness center, a spacious children's playroom with large televisions and gaming systems and board games for your children or the whole family. The massive open ocean terrace offers plenty of seating around the outdoor pool area and is right on the beachfront.

Gateway Grand also surrounded with a variety of attractions, dining options, daytime and nightlife activities, entertainment, and shopping outlet centers that are fun filled for family members of all ages, WALKING DISTANCE to OC Convention Center, a SHORT DRIVE to Jolly Roger Amusement/Water Park, other Amusement parks, boardwalk, racetracks, skate boarding, brand-name Outlets, Ocean Down Casino, skate boarding, boardwalk, many signature OC golf courses, Assateague Island, and many more…

Bedrooms include 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full/twin, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Laundry is equipped with full washer, dryer, iron, and iron board.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. Order of a linen package (sheet and 2 pillowcases for each bed, and towel set for the number of guests) is available for a fee; the package will be delivered/picked up upon guests’ arrival/departure.

- Primary renters must be 25 or older, home address and government ID are required for age verification and for the completion of the rental agreement.
- 7-night stay, SAT-SAT, is required during peak season (Memorial Day weekend – mid September).
- $138 for 2 parking passes due at check-in, pay to Gateway Grand Management. An additional parking pass, $50, can be purchased at check-in.
- Check-in / check-out: 3:00 pm / 10:00 am. Late check-in (after 5:00 pm) can be arranged; No late check-out.
- NO SMOKING (except for designated areas in the building), NO PET allowed. No partying in the unit.

Wonderful vacation getaway

Amazing condo with many amenities needed to make a perfect vacation. On the beach with indoor and outdoor pools make it ideal. Close to many restaurants and activities. Mai HOA was in constant communication and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

We had an amazing time! The condo was perfect! Fantastic view of the beach and all amenities were wonderful. Mai Hoa was the perfect host. She was in constant communication with us. We look forward to being able to stay here again!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and fit our family of 8 very nicely. The property owner answered the questions we had promptly. The side balcony was our favorite morning and evening spot to view the ocean. Conveniently located and walking distance to many nice restaurants.

Wonderful property, Responsive owner

This property has every convenience. Close to the beach, easy check-in, lots of amenities, ample parking, and a very responsive host. The unit was spacious enough for a family of 10. Here was an easy access storage area fully stocked with beach items. The view from the balcony was spectacular and a favorite spot for morning coffee. Looking forward to our return.

The property and location were perfect, awesome balcony, spacious condo, walking distance to plenty of locations. I would say that the cleanliness wasn’t bad but it wasn’t perfect but everything else was amazing!

Great condo!

We had a great trip being able to stay at this lovely condo. It is always refreshing and nice to be able to work directly with the owner vs a rental Company. Mai was very easy to work with and immediately available for anything. The condo building is very nice and elegant. Check in was super easy with Mai and the building. We were literally in and out with our luggage. The luggage bins in the lobby were also awesome vs the standard luggage cart. Great for groceries too.

Simply amazing

Traveling with a family from ages 72 to 15 is never easy. However the property was fantastic along with the communication with the owner. The shopping the restaurants, the balcony with views of the ocean and bay we could not get enough of. The 3 bedrooms were just perfect for our group. This was our first time to the ocean city and staying in a condominium. The property was just perfect I would highly recommend. We are so thankful you have shared your piece of paradise. Thank you.

Modern Experience

We have been going to OCMD for over 40 years. We have stayed at various condos and homes, and this was by far the most modern and great experience. The owners were on the ball. If we had any questions, they were quick to get back to us. The place itself was fantastic! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was modern and had a wine/beverage fridge. The storage locker with chairs and more made it easier to pack for the trip and not have to over pack with more chairs. The place had some starters or even left behind products to help with keeping things clean. The views were nice to the beach and the deck furniture was great, having a high top table. There were multiple TV's so my kids were happy and they were SMART TV's so could log in to any of our favorite streaming platforms. We had no issues with elevators, which were speedy and clean; parking was a breeze. The pool area, both indoor and outdoor, was nice too. It was just an overall great experience, and I highly recommend the usage of this condo and plan to use it again in the future.
