Breakwater 1 201 is just what you have been waiting for, this condo is exactly the perfect home away from home for your next family vacation to the beach! Whether it is morning or night you will enjoy splendid ocean and beach views from your private oceanfront balcony watching the beach and waves right in front of you in this second-floor condo. Central A/C throughout the condo will keep you comfortable during your stay.
The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors bathe the space in natural light. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully stocked kitchen so you can make gourmet meals on those nights you decide to stay in. The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed. The full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to four people, so it's perfect for a small family or romantic getaway!

Sunny Bright Perfect Beach Front Retreat

The condo was just as cute in real life as it was online. The process for check in and check out was a breeze. Location is excellent in a nice quiet building away from the crowds, but still close enough to restaurants and shopping. What a treat to wake up with views of the ocean every day and to be able to walk a few hundred feet to the ocean. Only downside was that the ad for the rental said no pets but the condo was full of dog hair on the floor that covered all of my things and consequently my car. Probably the owner's animal but space should be thoroughly cleaned before a renter comes in. Luckily dog hair can be vacuumed out of the car and off my luggage. Despite this little nuisance, I would definitely stay here again, the location and serenity of the space is perfect. Thanks for sharing your vacation home!
