    This building is located on the boardwalk, making this home the perfect place to experience a fun beach vacation with someone you love! You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and central air. After a fun day in the shared pool or down on the beach, come back to watch a good movie on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The balcony is a great place to savor a cup of coffee or a delicious brunch prepared in the full kitchen. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy.

It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The pictures for this property were totally false. It was supposed to be a blue fabric furniture but it was brown pleather which was torn and worn out. The plate for an electric fell off as I was trying to plug the Keurig in. Dishes chipped and no pans to cook with. Salt and Pepper shakers were sticky from not being washed after usage. Stains on carpet. It was not what the other condos in Belmont looked like. I have stayed in Belmont 4 times and the other condos were nice but not this one.
