Lovely 2 Bedroom condo closer to Downtown and view of the Bay

A perfect location for a perfect vacation. This property's unique location is located across the street from the new 4th. Street park and just a few steps to
the bay where there is a bayfront boardwalk where there are many fishing activities and a fish cleaning station also available for your daily catches. Wright View.
Ideally located just three blocks from the beach and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, this two-bedroom home is Ocean City living at its most convenient.
Being so close to the bay enjoy your large sunny balcony with a great view of the bay and the adjacent park. Parking is not a problem with one-off street parking.
Once you enter from your balcony/porch you enter into a large living-dining area with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and free high-speed WIFI. This well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and a nearby dining table for six people.

Needs to be renovated

Property needs a complete renovation. The soft floors from being rotten, to the black mold coming out of the living room AC unit, the dirt on the walls and on wall decor. Additionally the walls are so thin, you heard the upstairs unit every time they walked along with flushing the toilet as the plumbing is right by the head of the bed.
