The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops.

Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this perfect beach condo! It has everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials and granite countertops, central air-conditioning, board games, a private balcony, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and TV with cable.

Things to Know
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful spacious beach front condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Check in is super easy, given a door code instead of having to go pick up keys somewhere. Everything seemed newly renovated, there was lots of light and a great view. It’s on the second floor but felt more high up and also easy access to the stairs. There’s a bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms which is rare for these kinds of condos. We had everything we needed and lots of space, wish we had more time

Large but . . .

Large end-unit condo but needs updates and TLC. We tried to raise issues about cleanliness with Vacasa, but never got past the intake people that initially answered the emails. The “local team” never responded.
