The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
Smoking is not permitted.
DEN INCLUDES ACCORDIAN STYLE PARTITION FOR PRIVACY.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

They loved the proximity to the beach, the indoor and outdoor pools, the playground, and their favorite-the arcade. Love that it was walking distance to stores. When my family and I first booked here at Seawatch in June, I was worried about the conditions we would be staying in seeing it was so affordable. But the location was fantastic. Had a great stay with my 3 boys ages 9-13. The place was clean, comfy beds, decently stocked kitchen for some cooking. We love having both the bay view and ocean view balconies with seating. We would book again.

This was a perfect location ... very clean place ... only suggestion is something to hang in the master bath shower to hold shampoo, shave cream and soap as the very small recessed spots on the shower do not and they constantly fall off.

21st Birthday Beach Trip

The unit was awesome for us. We were celebrating our daughter’s 21st birthday. Kitchen had everything we needed to make lunch/dinner. Unit was comfortable for 6. My only complaint is the beds. They were super firm. Pillows were not great either. There were extra pillows but no pillowcases. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the unit. Thanks!

Little Corner of Paradise

We have stayed at Sea Watch for over 4 years but this year we stayed in this corner unit. We loved having a double balcony, one on each side, it was quiet and had a bay window. The beds were very comfortable as well as the furniture. Great amenities. Very clean. We would love this unit again.

Amazing views and comfy beds. What more could you want?

The views from this unit are spectacular. You can stand in your living room and see both the ocean and the bay out two separate windows. You have two separate balconies with this unit, one facing the south and one facing the north. The place was clean and comfortable. It is stocked with plenty of games, movies, and books for those rainy days. I plan on renting this unit again!
