Great 3 bedroom condo in North Ocean City

El Gwendo offers a modern, renovated condo in a great North Ocean City location. This small building offers the convenience of easy access to the beach and local businesses and the benefit of a first floor condo with a charming deck. The condo features three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom features a pyramid bunk and the third bedroom features a pyramid bunk plus a single bed, This property can accommodate up to nine people and rents Saturday-Saturday in season, any 3 nights off season.
This property is privately owned, therefore, you will need to supply your sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please.

Rental was dirty and infested with ants!

Will not rent again. The location was good there was trash on the porch the inside of the property was dirty only 1 parking spot for a property that sleeps 9 unaxcceptable. Parking was a nightmare!!! I do not recommend renting this property. We still had a wonderful time in Ocean City.

Just a roof over your head

The unit was ridden with flies, Had to use the plunger every day at the kitchen sink. Should have supplied a traditional coffee maker, not everyone uses Kurig cups. Bedding in all but one room had stains. They should be cleaned between uses or replaced. At least with the bedding package - weren't concerned with the sheets. Aside from the above, we stayed mostly outside because of the flies inside.
