Great 2BR2BA Condo with 2 private balconies! 2 minute walk to the beach!

Our newly renovated OC condo is a 2BR, 2BA unit with a fully equipped kitchen with 2 private balconies and a washer/dryer in the unit. Sleeps 8! Bed sizes include a King in the Master bedroom and a queen and twin XL bunk in the second bedroom & a twin trundle under the bed, the condo also two queen sleeper sofas in the living room. Conveniently located mid town with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, stores and activities. Clean and affordable, this is a perfect rental for a couple, small family, or those looking for a birds eye view when the classic cars are in town! Non-smoking. No pets, please.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES WILL BE TOLERATED.

Guests should bring their own towels.

Amazing and restful vacation

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything needed for our stay. Nice full kitchen made it easy to cook full meals, and the washer and dryer were a big help. Decor was captivating and gave us beach vibes. The bar tables in the balconies were enjoyed daily. This location is a short walk from the beach, my toddler and two kids were able to walk it without any trouble. Parking was easy. If you don’t feel like driving after arriving there are plenty of restaurants and shops you can walk to all which you can see from the front balcony. It’s an end unit and that was a huge plus. Communication with the host was pleasant and efficient from when I booked to when I checked out. Had an AMAZING and RESTFUL stay. Can’t wait to return. I will absolutely book this unit again.

First get away post covid

The property is nice and conveniently located a few streets back from the beach and right off the Coastal Highway. The owners are responsive. The issues that we encountered provided an inconvenience and overall affected the quality of our stay. The first issue was that there was dog hair all over the apartment. On the couches, carpet, rugs. So much that it tracked on our clothing & on my child's pacifier. I do not complain easily, but I did reach out and let them know. Prior to reaching out, I looked for the couch coverings, they were packed away, but also were covered in dog hair. I took pictures and sent to the owner. She responded, apologized and offered to have the cleaners come out. We have two kids under three and a weeks worth of food/belongings in the apartment. It wasn't realistic to pack up and move out for the cleaners to come clean. I attempted to move forward and try not to focus on it , even though it proved to be an issue b/c both of my kids were coughing and I was sneezing. We weren't sick, nor do we have allergies. We tried to make the best of the situation, next for the next few days the lock to enter the house was a little cumbersome. But, again, we just tried to move forward b/c it always ended up opening. Fast forward to our last night, we dropped our kids off for a quick hour to pack up our belongings for the next morning check out. We arrive back at the house late (9pm or later). We attempt to gain access to the apartment and we were unable to do so. We contacted the owner who said they had been having issues with the digital lock and trouble shot everything. We were stuck outside waiting and meanwhile her husband drove up from Virginia to open the door. She did offer to put us up in a hotel, by this point it is almost 1 am. In full understanding that we are in Ocean city, in the middle of the night, there was no way that we would find somewhere suitable for my kids, husband and I to stay ( I did a quick search). Very frustrated at this point, we gained access once the husband arrived, who also suggested that the door had been forced (which is wasn't we were so very careful with zero damage just a non-working access system). The next morning we hurried to pack up and get out in time for check out. We cleaned and made sure that we left the apartment in good condition. We had vacuumed and swept, for our own purposes. I would be happy to share more info about this situation, as I don't have anymore room for the review...
