Slide open the balcony windows to feel the warm salt air breeze, or keep them closed for cool comfort while watching the waves — and maybe even spotting dolphin pods in the distance. The bright, open living area flows seamlessly into the well-stocked kitchen, with dining table seating for six — perfect for gathering after a day on the sand. Thanks to the open floor plan, ocean views can be enjoyed from the living area, kitchen, and primary bedroom. Your day at the beach or relaxing by the pool is just steps away.

    The Atlantis building features an oceanfront outdoor pool, elevators for easy access, and on-site year-round security. Conveniently located in midtown Ocean City, you're within walking distance to popular restaurants, shopping, and family entertainment.

    Additional Fees: A $60 parking fee is due directly to the Atlantis building upon registration.

    * A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Good Weather, Good Location to All Shopping, Venues.Variety of Restaurants.Do not visit during Biker Week. Too Noisy All Hours. Will visit Again. Condo needs new Twin beds and TV repair in Master.. Called for Service on Sunday, nobody came.

Ok stay in OC

The property was not cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival. The bathroom floors were sandy. There was food on the floor under the dining table. The table in the sunroom had crumbs on it. One of our keys did not work to open the door to the property. It worked for the restrooms located on the ground floor but not the actual condo we stayed in. I called to report the key not working and the concerns with the cleanliness of the property. The person I spoke with offered to send a cleaning crew but we had already swept and wiped done everything ourselves. They also said we could stop by and pick up another key but we were able to get by with the one key that worked. The Atlantis in in a great location. The view from the sunroom was perfect. There was also a view of the bay from the entrance to the unit. Pool was great. Security was helpful when we got locked out of our room. There is a lot of potential in this prperty but we'd look elsewhere next time. We probably would look for next time.

Overall pleasant with an amazing view!

Although the condo was overall pleasant, we still needed to mop the floors and change soiled bed sheets upon arrival. The floors were swept but the soles of our feet were very dirty within a 1/2 hr. Also, we found the queen bed sheets to be very soiled. After washing them, the dryer had scuffed several black grease streaks on 3 pieces on the bed sheets. In another load of laundry, some clothing also received a few black grease streaks in the dryer. Once we cleaned up some, we were much more comfortable.

Definitely has had pets in unit

Upon entering, the property smelled strongly of cat urine which the cleaners tried to mask with cheap air fresheners. I went to the store and bought spray air freshener as well as electric wax warmers to try to help with the smell, to no avail. The couch, floor and bed dust cover had animal hairs all over them. I called to let them know of the smell but they only offered to "have maintenance look at it." I specifically reserved a pet free room because my children are allergic to pet dander however two of my children left our vacation with sinus congestion. Not how you want a vacation to go!

Great Location on the beach!

Unit is exactly as described with beautiful views of the Atlantic. Would have preferred an actual 'balcony', but the 'sun room' was nice and still allowed for full view of the beach. Mostly clean (wet clothes left in the washing machine/dirty clothes in the closet), but nothing that couldn't be easily rectified. Perfect location for restaurants and grocery. Everyone had a blast! Beach is busy in season, so get out early to get a good spot! We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property

We enjoyed our stay at the Atlantis. Our unit 808 was just as pictured and clean with a great view. Will definitely stay there again. Everyone at the rental agency were friendly and very helpful.
