For your added convenience, the owners provide a storage locker with 9 beach chairs & beach toys.
The Gateway Grand Amenities include: indoor heated pool-(open year-round), outdoor pool-(seasonal), fitness center, game room, elevators, parking garage, outside shower, night time security.
Guest provides sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. The Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday in season and any 7 nights off season. No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. $151 registration fee due with reservation. Must supply tag number for each vehicle. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Garage clearance is 7 feet.
