The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
Smoking is not permitted.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent Family Getaway

This property is excellent for young families. The playground is amazing and pool options are so fun. My son (4yo) was blown away by the onsite movie theater which I was surprised to see was so much like the real deal. Security and front office were welcoming and informative. We are already booking our trip for next year!

Great place for families with young kids!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Watch 116. We arrived and the place was clean and ready for us even a few hours early! The rental was fully stocked with necessary items, including extra pillows and blankets. We have rented all over OC Md and Sea Watch does a great job keeping the facility clean, safe, and secure. Our young kids enjoyed all 3 pools, the game room, and the playground. Very convenient to get on and off the beach too! The WiFi on the 5G network was more than adequate (speed way above average) to get some work done remotely and keep our kids entertained on their devices. The full size washer and dryer was a pleasant surprise, as we are used to the compact appliances in rental units. The first floor location is a plus as stairs were always an option when the elevators get slammed at peak times. Definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay there again in the future.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Sea Watch 116. The condo was clean, kitchen equipped, and laundry room large enough for storing our beach gear. The Sea Watch facilities were great and we enjoyed the shops and restaurants that were nearby.

Perfect rental

The rental was clean, spacious, & great amenities. The beach chairs were a much appreciated bonus. Being on the first floor was extremely convenient because we were traveling with our two young girls. The location is perfect- beach access is just steps away. The parking garage is convenient & the food place on site was great. We are looking forward to booking in the future.
