Salty Sands I 206 Enjoy panoramic views of the beach from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. This second floor spacious unit has a 60 ft. wrap around balcony overlooking the beach and has a great view of the sunsets over the bay. Corner unit in a midrise building featuring an elevator and two parking spaces. If you love the ocean, you will enjoy this unit! This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 4 nights off season. Bed sizes include 1 king, 4 doubles and a queen sleep sofa. Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Great location. Excellent amount of space. Beautiful views. This place was not clean. Carpets were dirty and had spurs. Must wear shoes to walk around. Furniture is dirty and should be replaced. Especially the arm chair in the livingroom. Couch needs to be cleaned or replaced. Kitchen is very pretty and well stocked. Regular cofee maker. Master Bedroom window leaks water. I had a bag with electronics leaned against it and it soaked everything. Thankfully all electronics dried out. Makes me wonder if the is mold under the carpet. Bathrooms are outdated, but acceptable. Front door lock is a bit difficult. Had moments we couldn't get it properly locked. I was expecting a cleaner property for the price paid.

The view is beautiful

The view was really nice! The condo can be a little dated in the bedrooms but the kitchen is perfect and fully stocked, and the view made it one of the best places I ever stayed!

Perfect views of the ocean and the bay. Had a great time. Couldn’t have had better weather. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great place !

Very clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Ocean front deck and just steps from the beach. Would I stay here again? DEFINITELY!!
