Located on the 14th floor of the building, you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean from the private oceanfront sun terrace, having a unique experience.
This luxurious ocean front apartment boasts three spacious bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to 9 people.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and beautifully decorated living room, perfect for relaxation and socializing. The living area seamlessly flows into the dining area, where a stylish dining table waits for shared meals and entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, the apartment includes a convenient laundry area for your convenience.

- The master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a lavish king-sized bed, a private bathroom with a shower and a rejuvenating jacuzzi for those relaxing evenings after a day at the beach.
- The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a twin bed along with a private full bath equipped with a tub/shower combo.
- The third bedroom is equipped with a full over full bunk bed and an extra single bed, conveniently adjacent to the hall bath.

All beds have pillows and protective hyper allergenic mattress covers. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival

The Gateway Grand building has a registration fee of $138.00 paid directly to the building this fee includes 2 parking permits in the parking garage. This fee in not included in the rental amount, must be paid upon check in. Guests need to come to BluVista Office located on 11911 Coastal Hwy to pick up the entrance key for the apartment on the arrival day and drop them off on the checkout day.

Great place for family

Place was great. Perfect for our kids to enjoy indoor pool. Location to restaurants and other attractions was ideal. John was great to ensure we had everything we needed even if it meant getting our missing bedding to us after midnight! Would definitely stay here again.
