Newly added to the vacation rental market in 2023, this 3-bedroom condo is ready to be your next favorite Ocean City getaway. Ocean Views from all windows. Beautiful Ocean Front Pool and large pool deck.
This three bedroom, two bath direct oceanfront condo is located on the 6th floor of the north tower. There is a king bed in the main bedroom, 1 queen in the second bedroom , a 1 full bed in the third bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy beautiful ocean and beach views from the oceanfront balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 3 Smart TV’s, and free fast WiFi. Includes a storage locker downstairs to store your beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. Limit of eight people. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Deeded under building 1 private parking space. The owner pays for your full linen package for your stay for full weeks only. There is a $75 Common Area Usage Fee (Credit Cards Accepted, NO CASH!) for reservations up to a week. If reservation is multiple weeks there is a $75 per week fee due at arrival (Credit Cards Accepted, NO CASH!) CONTROL # 0086851

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was great, staff was very good and responsive. BUT, WE HAD MICE IN OUR UNIT. From what I heard, this has been an oomph problem. We should have been told. I'm not sure if I would stay at the Braemer again
