This end unit condo has it all - an oceanfront balcony along with a private enclosed balcony on the bay side of the unit, great for watching the 4th of July fireworks at Northside Park. Enjoy the updated kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room. The condo is fully equipped with all appliances. The building has both indoor and outdoor pools. Non-smoking. No pets, please.

    EASY CHECK-IN, OFFICE ON-SITE! The Registration Fee, $80 payable 4/5 - 10/18, includes parking for two vehicles. The fee for extra vehicles is $20 a day or $80.00 per week. 24-hour Security, Indoor Pool (heated), Dry-heat Sauna, Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool (heated) both have kiddie pools. Wi-fi paid by owner.
