This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished oceanfront balcony where you'll enjoy a fabulous view of the dunes and serene blue ocean. Ahhh! Access the condo's private beach right out your door, just 6 steps to your toes in sand, then on to the big beach/ocean just ahead. Songbirds and bunnies make you feel like you're in a nature preserve! This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Mariner I 1N is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

Expertly furnished with coastal decor, this beach bungalow will keep you coming back year after year. Have a movie night with your family in the cozy living room or cook your own gourmet meal in the fully-stocked kitchen. Watch the sun set over the beach, while relaxing on the balcony. With sleeping space for up to six people, your family will be happy and remain in vacation mode morning, noon, and night! The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a bathroom, and balcony access.
