Convenient condo in Summer Winds - Bayside - 2 bedroom

  • Update 2 bedroom / 1 bath condo in Summerwinds. New mini-split AC with units in each bedroom added in 2021. New living room furniture in 2021.
    Unit is only 5 blocks to the beach, boardwalk, and Jolly Roger Amusement part. From the balcony, you have a nice view of the bay. There is a swimming pool, and 2 off-street parking places available.
    There is Roku TV and wifi internet, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. There are 2 full size beds and one queen size bed.
    All kitchen utensils are provided and all appliances are provided. All you really need are linens and towels.
