- Irene 1306 is a beautiful oceanfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a breathtaking ocean view. This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Irene 1306 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.
Irene 1306 has a Double wide carpeted ocean front balcony extends across living room and master bedroom. The separate rear balcony has a bay view with beautiful sunsets. Oceanfront balcony furniture includes two outdoor tables and chairs, two lounges.
1306 is decorated in beautiful coastal style decor with 3 Tv's and unit WIFI. There is a breakfast bar off of the kitchen for a quick bite. All bathrooms have been remodeled as well as the kitchen. One parking space (provided at the building with registration fee). A newly renovated Exercise/Game Room in building.
