Brand New 3 BR, 3.5 Bath Waterfront Townhouse

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located brand new townhouse. Located bayside on a canal, this vacation home will sleep 10 comfortably. Enjoy beautiful bay views while also being just 2 blocks away from the ocean. The unit includes a private 2-car garage, washer/dryer, full kitchen and 2 balconies.

The space
3 story townhouse with balconies off the living room and master bedroom. Each of the three bedrooms has it's own bathroom and shower/tub. First floor bedroom has a queen bed. Master has a queen and 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed with two twins and a bunk bed with two twins. 4 smart televisions. 2 car garage. Full, spacious kitchen with seating at island. Powder room on kitchen/living room level. Large dining room table. Washer/dryer on top floor.

Guest access
Guests will have access to full space with the exception of one locked closet in the kitchen area which contains host belongings. Guests will also have access to the property's pool. A key or code will be provided for access.

No grilling or open flame of any kind. No smoking. City noise ordinances are in effect. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

Country Calling

The place was very nice and adorably decorated. I really liked that each bedroom had an en-suite. The host communicated really well and was very responsive to all questions. While I will not return to Country Calling, I will definitely stay at this place again. Highly recommend this rental.

Weekend Getaway

A very nice trip with my family. Host John was very receptive and always available for needs. Townhouse was lovely. It is only 2 blocks from beach, which I loved for my grandkids and walking distance to Jolly Rogers Park, Waterpark and Speedway. Tons of restaurants and mini golf. New Ropes Course (Nick's Ropes Course & Mini Golf)for the kids a couple of blocks away. We come every year and thusnlocation is the best for peaceful nights and fun days at the beach and on the boardwalk.
