Beautiful, oceanfront 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome located in midtown!

  • Summer Place 4 It's difficult to locate an Ocean Front TH with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy excellent views from various oceanfront decks. Watch and listen the ocean from each of the three amazing beachfront decks. Also unique to this property is a private beach area where the kids can play and not be near the ocean. The first floor boasts direct beachfront access from the spacious living room and includes a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, half-bath and a large private deck on the west side. The second and third floors each feature two bedrooms and a full bath. Each floor has separate bath. 5 Smart TVS, streaming only, Central Air, Washer, Dryer, and reserved off street carport parking is included. Vehicle height limitations exist. Oceanfront townhomes are very popular so book early! 3 beachside decks/balconies with steps from first level to beach.
    This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Great location! Just steps to the beach and great ocean views from the decks. Close to restaurants and shops. I did not like the fact that I had to make the beds after driving for eight hours! The linens were dropped off in a bag and we had to sort thru them to make the beds. The living room furniture was uncomfortable. Hard cushions. And not enough seating for 7 people to sit comfortably. The rug in the living room was filthy. Kitchen was well stocked. The host never responded to my messages. I had to call the managing agent, shoreline properties. We had to pick up our keys and parking pass at the office. I think there should be a code or lock box. Picking up/dropping off keys at the office is very inconvenient. We had an issue with a toilet, and the office sent someone over right away. He fixed the issue quickly. The beds were comfortable enough. Overall, we enjoyed our time in ocean city.
