We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. Debbie provided paper goods, towels and linens. We loved the enclosed balcony it gave us another enjoyable place to gather. My husband loved that we were on a lower level. The furniture on the enclosed balcony was very comfortable. The location was great for us, a short drive to Dewey in one direction and a short drive to the boardwalk and restaurants.

Excellence is Alive and Well

This oceanfront property is absolutely wonderful from convenience to amenities. The enthusiastic and welcoming landlady is without equal. She even has beach chairs - nice and comfy ones - for your use. The place is immaculately clean, including not only the unit but also the building. The TV in the living room is HUGE. The beach is steps away. The people staying here are nice. The only thing that was remotely award was checking the car in for parking. You have to go to a rental agency on site, and they were not open on Sunday and Monday during the time we were there. No big deal, but not as smooth-as-silk as everything else. We highly recommend this one, but please don't go when we want to go!

What a Special Place!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo! To begin with communicating with Debbie was simple and seamless. The condo was even nicer than described. It was spotless and all the furnishings new and tastefully done , the views from the enclosed sunroom/ balcony were spectacular. The bedrooms were spacious, with plenty of storage, and the beds were super comfy. The watery/dryer is obviously new as were the kitchen appliances and dishes. This past weekend was especially sunny and warm which was a bonus in late October, but with easy access to the beach, we enjoyed our walks. We were also close to great restaurants that were still open, and Acme was right across the street. Believe me when I say I am fussy and particular about where I stay, but I can say this condo with all of its amenities was a genuine pleasure to stay in. My husband, son, and his wife were equally thrilled. Mary
