About this property

Beautiful Direct Beach Front and Bayside View Condo with POOL!!

  • This beautiful condo is on the 6th floor right on the beach. Go out on the balcony and look at the beautiful ocean and beach! Go to the front sunroom and you can see the bay!! It’s the best of both worlds!! You have 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. You have a full size kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. There is a TV in the bedroom and in the living room with cable. You have a nice big ocean front pool / deck with lounge chairs and table you can see from your room as well + walk off the pool deck onto the beach. You are right across from Gold Coast Mall also. You need to bring your own linens and towels. You need to bring all your own toiletries and bathroom needs. Unit is being sanitized after every renter. Remember that Wi-Fi is included from June to September.
    Also, remember that there is a $50.00 parking fee that is charged by the building at check-in-between memorial day and labor day.
