Makai 116 is a great bay view end unit conveniently located on 42nd Street and the bay front in Ocean City, Maryland. Walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. This property rents any 4 nights all season. Bed sizes include a king in the master and 2 double beds (bunk) and 1 single trundle in bedroom 2 and a full size sleep sofa in the living area. Guest provides sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. For your added convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking/vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
