Beachfront condo in the popular Marigot Beach building with awesome beach and ocean views. This condo offers one bedroom, one full-bathroom and one half-bathroom in a larger floor plan. The open living area features the living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast counter. There is a private balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful views. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, television and ensuite half-bathroom. The full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. Building amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, elevators, outside shower, sun deck and onsite parking. It is within a short walk to restaurants, shopping, parks and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Air conditioner roar
The bed was awful, it was broken down on one side so much that the other side was 2 “ s higher. I have never seen a bed like that in the 70 years that I’ve been living. The air conditioner was so loud that we couldn’t sleep at night, it would start blowing and it startled us so much that it would wake us up every time it would start. Very clean place but comfortable was a concern. Trying to get some of our money back,but probably won’t happen!!!!!

Lots of square footage to relax.
The only negatives I have to report are:
1. You need to put the front door code in twice before the door opens. 2. The AC unit is loud when it comes on each time because it is in the main bedroom. But a central air unit is better than a wall unit. 3. The window glass in the front needs to be repaired. One window is double pained and the other is single pain so the window pain is missing. 4. The dryer was full of sand and someone left a shirt in the washer.
