    The Space:

    Airy and offering a prime location right on the beach, this family-friendly, waterfront condo is definitely the best choice for your next escapade to the beach! Spend lovely evenings resting in your private, beachfront balcony with a cold beverage in hand, or snuggle up in front of the flatscreen TV with cable for an entertaining time with your loved ones. This condo’s fully-equipped kitchen has every appliance you could think of to make cooking a breeze. It includes a convenient dishwasher that will take care of things once mealtime is over. Another great convenience is an on-site washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and access to a community outdoor pool. Things to Know No pets and no smoking, please. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The floor plan of the condo was efficient. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, glasses and utensils. The linen service was excellent. The only negative was with the several stains on the carpet and empty candy wrappers under the sofa.

Beautiful ocean front condo

The condo was well stocked and clean (minus a few crumbs in a cabinet and the oven should be cleaned). The location is perfect and rhe views are amazing! We already booked for next year! We were extremely happy with our stay!

Perfect location

One of the best vacations ever. Can't say enough about the location. Walked every day to the beach which is steps away. Lying in bed and watching the sunrise was priceless. Amazing views. Cannot wait to stay again. Plenty of space for everyone, good size rooms, especially the master. One downfall was when two plumbers were in the house when I got back from the beach without it being communicated to me that they were coming.
