This large 4 bedroom 3 ½ bath townhouse, is located near 7th street in downtown Ocean City and can accommodate 10 people!

You will be your kid’s hero as they easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, amusement park and skate park just to name a few. You’ll love that fact that you can leave the car parked in the garage and not have to drive all over the city to find a parking spot! You will be within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants and entertainment that Ocean City offers. It is also convenient for those that participate in sporting events/activities on the beach!

This spacious townhouse is nicely decorated and has TVs in most rooms. The large kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is ready for those nights that you want to stay in and cook. With two decks, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy those cool evening bay breezes and there are even peaks of the beach!

So come and relax, leave your car in the garage and make some Ocean City memories with us!

THINGS TO KNOW:

* This property utilizes a ring doorbell for security purposes.

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This home is on 7th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.

Excellent OC Vacation Rental!

We had an amazing time staying at this location! Our group of 5 were very comfortable and would highly recommend to others given how close to the beach, boardwalk and downtown OC.

Golf Vacation

Property worked very well for our golf group of 7 adults. It was very clean and comfortable, and was a great location for boardwalk access and many restaurants. We had a very nice time and look forward to next year.

Awesome BEACH Vacation!!!!

Property was easy to find and access. Really liked the keypad to get in as there were numerous people coming and going at different times. Great location to beach-only about 2 1/2 blocks. Only draw back we went after Labor Day so pool was closed. Would recommend this property and book again.

Great location to downtown. Parking on the street is hit or miss. Only issue we had was the wifi… unable to work remotely from this property because wifi is not strong enough.

Lovely property

A group of 7 stayed at this place property so we could attend a friend’s wedding on 28th St. The house had a great number of bedrooms and a large common area. It was close to the bay and the ocean. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

Great location and amenities!!

Located off of 7th Street you're walking distance to the boardwalk with ease of access to get around the boardwalk. The condo was setup nicely with a first floor bedroom/bathroom, second floor with a kitchen/living room/laundry and bathroom. On the third floor there were 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and double bunks). Ample space for the 9 people that stayed.

Nice Townhouse. Would stay here again.

Very nice and spacious. Convenient location. It is nice having a garage. The carpets and hvac vents could use a cleaning, but not a deal breaker. We will be back.

Very nice townhouse and location.

We had a great week here. Loved the location and the townhouse was lovely. The pool was a little smaller than expected in the photos but it was still a great property!. The owners responded very quickly to questions we had the day we arrived. My one suggestion would be to add a full length mirror somewhere in the house- so we can check out our boardwalk outfits of course 🤣. Highly recommend this property⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great house near the boardwalk and beach

The house had everything we needed and was only a couple minute wall to the boardwalk and beach. Having a 2 car garage was also nice to avoid parking on the street. The only minor things to call out were that the house clearly hadn't been cleaned more than just the surfaces in a while and that a handful of beach items shown in th listing were not available. There was a lot of dirt and dust behind furniture and garbage left behind a couple beds. Both of those things were very minor and did not affect the quality of our stay.This house was exactly what we were looking for and our family had a great stay. I would highly recommend staying here for the price, the size of the house, and proximity to everything you need. We will most likely consider staying at the same house again for future visits.

stayed here with a group of friends for country calling this year ! it was a perfect location, 3 blocks from the boardwalk and PLENTY of room! Fully stocked kitchen with supplies and everything we needed. Did not include linens it was an extra fee which was a bummer, and some rooms and bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner but it worked for what we needed. Communication was great, and would totally come back again!

We have a big family and this condo was great. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We noticed that somethings needed extra cleaning reached out to have them send some to clean up what was missed and they had a someone there to clean within 15 mintues.
