Nice but Outdated
We were informed we were the first family to rent this particular condo. It was very clean with the exception of a few large pet stains on the carpet when we got there. It was very outdated, though. I rated this three stars because there are quite a few complaints.
The bedroom with two beds is very noisy (the ac unit is in the closet) and much colder than the rest of the unit. You cannot adjust the ac vent or anything, it also had very poor lighting, with only one small bedside lamp to light the entire room. Also, the beds weren't comfortable, but the one in the main room was.
The shower situation was not great. The walk in shower was a tiny unlit box that was very dark. The larger shower/tub had such poor water pressure you could hardly get conditioner out of your hair.
There is no large trash can, so you had to walk any kind of trash to the trash chute on the opposite end of the 14th floor hallway.
We had 5 guests but were only given 4 pool tags, the pool doesn't allow toys and doesn't seem kid friendly.
