This property was beautifully decorated and had all the appropriate things to function in the kitchen that made it like home but when we walked in there was dirt all over the floor in every room I called rental company and they offered to send someone out to clean but I declined I was now there to vacation I did not want to stay around and wait for someone to come and clean- this should have been done right the first time.we had a toilet seal leak and had to call for repairs which someone came that day but again we had to halt our [plans to be there for the repairman.The last evening there the AC unit died. There was a nice young man that came out to see if it just needed to be reset but unfortunately it could not be repaired. We were supplied with 2 box fans which made the heat somewhat tolerable.I asked at the rental company if we would get some sort of price break and heard nothing back from them.This is not the owners fault. Their condo was beautiful but we will not stay there again. Walking up 3 flights with suitcases and groceries and all the stuff for our stay was too much for a 64 and 69 year old
