This beautiful 2 BA 2 BR unit is ready to make your vacation a trip to remember. The living room area features nice furnishings, a huge flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has granite countertops, newer cabinetry along with a stainless-steel refrigerator, microwave and oven. The dining room furnishings offers a great place for the family to gather for meals and offers amazing views as you enjoy your culinary creations. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a desk for those of you that may need to work. The second bedroom has two full size beds. Both bedrooms have TV's. The bathrooms have both have showers. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and free WiFi. The balcony offers amazing views of both the bay and the ocean and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after your fun filled day at the beach!

Located on 110th street at the Capri, this building has wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You will have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, outdoor tennis/ pickleball court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is convenient to many great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, movies, and other fun activities.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 18th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes Toilet Paper and 1 roll of Paper Towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Stunning views and comfortable stay

Family friendly beach getaway

First time in Ocean City. Good location, amenities (pool, arcade, pickleball court) in addition to beach access made it easy to stay busy with young child. Felt safe with security and building was generally quiet. Comfortable beds and cute beach decor.

Great location that met the needs for the family

Property was nice and a perfect size for the family. Nice indoor pool and there is always something nice to say about fast responsive elevators. Great view and I would happily return.

September Getaway

Location was awesome! Views of both ocean and bay from balcony! Unit was extremely well kept and very clean upon arrival. Only issue was bed in master bedroom was little to high for elderly father to get in safely

Perfect Little Gem

The condo was bright and clean, had a well appointed kitchen with all the utensils, dishes, glassware, and appliances we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the view of the ocean was lovely. We walked to dinner every night, so found it to be a fantastic location. We would definitely stay here again. One thing to note is the building code changes every Saturday, so make sure to ask for the new code if you are staying over a Friday night.

Fantastic

Only bad thing that happened was my granddaughter sprained her ankle in the ocean. The emergency people came and were fantastic. I really would like to stay in that same place in the same room next year at this time. How can I do that? My family loved it the location is great.

Great family stay!

The views of the ocean and bay from the 18th floor are beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped with upgrades. The bathrooms are nice and the masters bed is super comfty. The master also has a spacious walkin closet with additional blankets and a blow up mattress. Everything was clean. The linen company gave us a queen size fitted sheet instead of a king but we just layed the regular king sheet on the bed which wasnt a big deal so I didnt bother calling the rental company. Great location within walking distance to the Goldcoast mall (TJ maxx, liquor, food). The pool and game room is very nice as well for the kiddos. There's no outdoor pool, but we walked next door to the Golden Sands pool bar which was super close and enjoyable. The front door doesnt lock on it's own so you have to be sure to hit the lock button on the outside of the door upon leaving. We didnt sit on the balcony because the seating was uncomfortable fold out chairs. They had salt and pepper, pancake syrup and coffee filters, but nothing else in the kitchen. The icemaker didnt work, but we just purchased ice so that wasnt a big deal. All in all a great stay with plenty of room for a family of 6.
