  • You just found the perfect place to spend your vacation! Just gorgeous, this spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse, ( 1680 sq ft), is very modern, clean, fresh, and comfortable, it is located on the bay side of Coastal Hwy. at 12th St, , just 3 blocks to the beach and boardwalk! Enjoy being close to all the downtown activities, but still tucked back a little from the main hustle and bustle. The townhouse has a first floor bed and bath, a garage for 2 cars, and parking in the lot for 1 more. There is a spacious kitchen to work in, and dining space for 12, it also comes with 4 TV's with HBO and Sports Premium channels, DVD, Free WiFi and central a/c, Everyone will be happy! There are also 2 decks with chairs, to sit out and enjoy the fresh OC air. Occupancy 12, non smoking, no pets please. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
