"The staff were friendly and polite, which I appreciated. However, the room was absolutely disgusting. There were bugs on the pillows, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was told it was “just a wasp.” That response was very concerning and did not address the issue.
I was traveling with my baby and did not feel comfortable or safe staying in the room. As a result, I had to leave and pay for another hotel. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again."
